Novapolis Association – Centre for Analysis and Initiatives for Development is a Romanian NGO dedicated to building a democratic, inclusive, and diverse society that is socially and economically balanced and responsive to everyone’s needs. Operating in the Bucharest-Ilfov region, Constanța, and South-East Romania, Novapolis focuses on grassroots initiatives, public policy analysis, and social projects in areas such as migration, refugee support, and the integration of foreigners. Its work also covers workforce mobility, youth inclusion and participation, social justice, community development, and equal opportunities. With strong expertise in public awareness campaigns, advocacy, and research, Novapolis supports disadvantaged groups—such as refugees, migrant women, and youth—through counselling and social assistance to promote their social and professional inclusion.
