Our Ongoing Journey
SUBLIME SDGs builds on the legacy of Snapshots From The Borders, a three-year initiative that raised awareness on migration and sustainable development across Europe. It highlighted border communities as key actors in global challenges—through advocacy, local action, and the Border Towns & Islands Network.
From 2024 to 2028, SUBLIME amplifies local voices and strengthens cross-border cooperation. Not a new beginning, but a new chapter in a shared story of change.
